Most of the players have intermediate experience...with a few "advanced" and "beginner" players in the mix.

It is drop in shinny.

Most of the guys are intermediate skaters, but all skill levels are welcome.

do u need equipment or is it just recommended u have some?

Helmet, gloves, pants and chin pads are a minimum. slapshots are allowed. although most of the guys are fairly careful, i dont want to have anyone injured.
