thanks I worked hard on it and froze my fingers working with steel in my parents non-heated garage during a Alberta winter. But it was worth it and I was surprised how well it actually turned out, just shows if you want to you can do alot! :angel:

2. 89 jeep cherokee - most fun, comfortable vehicle i've owned.
3. 90 eagle talon - hunk of junk. i wouldn't wish this car on my worst enemy. may as well be a 2002 talon for all the new parts on it.
4. current ride while talon is broke is the 89 shitbox mazdaspeed 323. Cheap to run though which = good for a students measly budget.

Bought it in Jul of 99. Had it until April or so of 01. It was stock when I bought it. Sold it for $20k.

The things I didn't like about it:

1. didn't have the optional A/C
2. don't really like removing/putting back the t-tops manually
3. it was BLACK!

I actually miss the lude more than the mr2.

Yes of course the mr2 turbo is considerably faster. The lude was a last moment thing as I was actually going to get a...ahem...2001 Toyota RAV4! I was actually going to just forget about the whole SCC scene...but that never happened...
