Tuner for 2008 F150

I was wondering if anyone has bought a tuner (SCT, Diablo, etc) for a 2008 F150 with a 5.4 in it. I was told you can't use them on the 08's and you can't use any power adders (blower, turbo, etc) due to timing issues. Is this true?

No not true. I run a Vortech on my 08 5.4 and have no troubles at all.

True kill story, I rolled up to a BRAND NEW CLS63 AMG a few days back and literally kicked the guys @SS. True story, the vortech makes so much power, their kits are waaaay under dated. FYI the CLS63 AMG is running about 500HP, so this kill is nothing short of amazing. I figure my truck is running anywhere from 800-900RWHP, I spun the rollers right off the dyno and couldn't even get a print out.
