I think its the same guy but last week there was a silver one posted at $5k.

I emailed him and he came up with some story that its located in Ontario and that it'll get shipped to me.

He asked that I pay through ebay's financial center with money order. He sent me an email and it looked like it came from ebay and it said that with ebay's policy, I could return the car within 5 days if there was anythign wrong.

All looked good until I searched around and saw there is no such ebay financial center and the whole email was a clever fake ad made up of ebay's html coding system to make it look like ebay sent it and the email came from [email protected] or something like that.

All bs, I'm just wondering how many people are falling for his scam.

LOL

Only takes one sucker to fall for it.

hey everyone,
i've been looking for a bmw m3 FOREVER. I've recently come across a 2004 bmw m3 black completly stock with about 25000 miles on it. The man is selling it for about 5000. Heres the buying process:

Seriously man, if you are looking for a car and all the others ones are priced $25-$30K more, doesn't that raise a flag? WTF?! Morons!! :banghead:

I ran into a similar guy on bargainfinder or autotrader, was a black totally pimped to the nuts supra that he was selling for some ridiculously low amount, When I tried to arrange a friend in NY state to look at it he claimed it was packaged up in a container, wanted me to use a sketchy escrow site, was using an AOL email, MSN from a netcafe and so forth... I got his IP addresses and filed everything to US customs and the RCMP.

He gave me a VIN of jt2de82a8v1000443 and the car was black, auto, TT, NOS, gauges, NAV, fat 7-spoke rims...

Also had a similar experience with a CBR but that guy wouldn't even give me a VIN.

What's with that hood?
I swear I've seen it on every supra.
I think the orange one in FF1 had it.
