lol tickets story nothing too dramatic... speeding, got pulled over, chatted for a minute about cars, actually surprised he gave me an exhaust ticket as well, so yah 1 speeding, 1 exhaust. The speeding ticket was an estimated one so that's one I think I'm going to have to take to court. :) Seat is a Bride zetaIII with lowmax rails, seat is super super low to keep all the weight as low to the ground as possible.

If you ever get pulled over for ANY speeding ticket you are completly within your right to ask to go see the radar gun to see what he has "locked in". Get out and go look at the gun in his cruiser, however, your shit better be legit as the coppers might take this offensively.

Ive got out of 2 "estimated speeding" tickets by requesting to see the gun. You can only be held accountable for what they can prove.

gen3 kills the g2, i have a decent sized turbo with stock fuel, head, cams, intake mani etc and the car is very quick, quick enough to take out an isf at 14psi with 94 octane. best mod ever for the car.

Partially WRONG! You have every right to ask to see the gun, but they don't HAVE to show you.
I too have used this trick, and it panned out for me. In my case there was no radar gun. I just asked him what land mark he used to calculate my speed. Of course after requesting to see his locked speed rating.

Nope, absolutely not. As stated, they are not obligated in any way to show you the gun, asking for it is probably only going to piss the cop off.

As well, any cop speed estimate is taken to be completely accurate in court within 10km/hr. You might have an easier time defending it than a laser ticket, but the cop doesn't have to 'prove' shit, they are taken at their word.

haha they probably thought you were me... I sent the speeding tickets to Pointts, $340 for them to deal with it.. I'll probably still have to pay the ticket but at least no demerits... so all in all.
$177 for the speeding ticket

oh yah and I got a photoradar ticket in a school zone going 41 in a 30 on the way to a Beyond meet.

so $742 in tickets in 3 days...
