LF/WTD: Out of Province inspection

Can anyone direct me to a person who can do a out of province inspection for me? The last mechanic I used was too strict on my vehicle so I'm just looking for someone who will look the vehicle through and pass it. pm me with the information.

LF: a sketchy mechanic who will put peoples' lives at risk by passing an unsafe vehicle for a little extra $ that could have been spent on bringing the car up to safety standards.
