any lease incentive? who pays the transfer fees? how much was put down and whats the buy out? does it have extended warranty? winter tires, car starter, aero kit? anything else?

I pmed you legacy but thought I'd answer a couple questions here since they are important.

He'll probably pay the transfer fee, however, I didn't speak to him in regards to that.

$0 down and the buy-out right now is around $26,000.

No other extras.

The incentive to take his lease is because the current Si lease rate is 3.9% for the same term.
