Vancouver Business Industry

I'm thinking about moving to Vancouver upon graduation in December to pursue a sales or marketing position.

How does the Vancouver job market/business industry compare to Calgary's in terms of employment opportunities, pay, or other factors you can think of.

Hey,

The Finance industry is very competitive out here. 1000 people sat for the CFA last June. Alot of people fighting for a limited amount of finance jobs.
However, there are more jobs if you want sales/marketing.

I have an "in" at Conocophillips and Shell, but I really think I would like at outside sales job better (P&G, SC Johnson etc)

Also, I would really enjoy living in Vancouver for a bit before settling down in Calgary.
