Saskatchewan: Good places to live/rent/buy?

im looking for a place in saskatchewan to live
anyone know any good places there to rent/buy that is near or convenient to get to the UofS?

We looked for a place via Kijiji and there are quite a bit of ads that cater to U of S students. It really depends on your price range and how long you are willing to travel if you bus it.

Stay on the East side of the river (if you can) and it'll be pretty good. Sutherland is probably your best bet. Good luck!
