Laptop HDD dying?

so i think my HDD in my laptop is dying on me again. first time it was replaced under warranty at futureshop but the same problem is starting to happen again.

know anyone that would be willing to swap out the hard-drive and just do a clean install of Vista?

should be pretty easy, you can probably do it yourself.
Laptop hard drive are usually only behind a couple of screws, and you can easily pull it out. Google for hard drive removal instruction for your laptop's model. Install vista is quite straight forward.
