Jory you only need one if you run faster than 14.0 I believe so you should be fine.

i'd recommend getting there no later than about 6:15 - 6:30 if you want to pass tech and get a few passes in before it gets very busy.

I wish. Very busy and car quit on the road last week, still haven't hooked up k-pro to read the codes.
Seems like electrical, as mechanical checks so far have all been fine. Likely a fuse or a sensor crapped out.
I'll likely be out in late september/october.

Ok day for me, considering I ran with a full tank of gas, sub box and amps, and jack and spare tire in the car. Ran right where I ran in Denver at higher altitude most of the night, but cooled the car off more and pulled my nasty air filter, got a half second quicker for my last run! I am thinking with better tires and my car light like it should be at the track, I will run about a full second faster down here compared to Denver.


Oh and nice to meet those of you I talked to, saw some cool cars!

People always go to RC with high expectations but it's a hard track to get clean runs in :burnout:

He drove mine for a 15.77 @ 85.8 beating my record of 15.93 @ 86.52

He also drove djayz and ran a... 15.3?

I ran against DJ_Honda in one of his 13.3 runs

My 3rd gear was giving me trouble the whole night, i mis-shifted on 2 separate runs pulling 16.5's both times

Ran djayz once and ran 15.3X and he had run a best of 15.6 before that. I saw him run about 91mph on 1 run and I only got about 88 on mine so his car is a bit faster still also.

In LilDrunkenSmurf's I hit the rev limiter at the top of seconf for a fraction of a second so I know his little b16 eg is a bit faster than 15.77.

Well that was fun hahah... Only ran my car twice last night, first run was pretty good except my tranny not letting me into 3rd first try, ran a nice 18.5 hahah... second run was just aweful. Gives me a good baseline for things to come though.:thumbsup:

It is just me or was there an unusually large amount of GARBAGE at the track? Did they make a club or something? (Red 4dr Sunbird, with kid driving? WTF?)

Oh and my best time as usual was my last run, finally got it to hook.

Djayz should get his ass to the damn dyno again before going to RC.. he's only tuned in the mid-range, nothing tuned at all for vtec. :nut:

LOL, tell me about it. I consider 1st gear a bust anyway. I consider hooking as not being pitched sideways when I shift from 2nd and 3rd. And I have those sweet slicks to thank for that. Need bigger slicks, that warm up faster.
