Heres a workout routine to push yourself, easily, but consistently. I just stumbled across it and will be starting it. In highschool I was doing 500 a night, in sets of 50 with a small breather between each, I loved pushups back then, and could even nail off a ton of one armed, and even hand stand pushups. But that was over 10 yrs ago now..
