I have a 5zigen fireball rear section exhaust i was wonder if i should purchase the ractive mid section which comes wit a resonator.

My friend has it wit a rocket fireball style rear section and its so loud i dont want mine to be that loud.

IMO don't put anything ractive on your car.... it will probably be worse than stock.

Finishing the midsection would probably help. I don't know much about the Ractive midpipe but if it is mandrel bent, it can't be that bad :dunno:

Yeah, it better not be too fuckin loud......considering you live near me, and there's already enough assholes with their annoying exhaust, flooring it up and down the street

What should i get then

Mandrel bent is the only way to go for performance right. I heard crush bent is soemtimes worse than stock

Your mid section is probalby pretty straight, so crush bends won't be a big deal. There might be like 1 10degree bend, which is no big deal at all. Just get 2-1/4 inch piping and get a really long resonator if you don't want it loud. I bet the difference between mandrel and crush bent mid-pipe on a civic would maybe be <0.5hp difference.

civic_rida is your 5-zigen rear section mandrel bent? maybe match it with a 5-zigen midpipe if there is such a thing... i don't know much about honda stuff. but i do have experence with ractive products. they are crap. whatever you do don't put anything ractive on your car.

Vibrant and Ractive are the same companies, and yes 5zigen makes a midpipe and header for your car
