Cheap movie night in calgary?

Just wondering if they have like a cheap movie night...most places usually have tuesday as the cheap night...what about calgary? (Empire and Cineplex...wanna see Tropic Thunder)

Calgary used to have cheap Tuesdays.. but there isn't a cheap night anymore =((
Buy some movie passes from the UofC ticketmaster for ~$9, if I remember correctly.

moviedome is $3 on Tuesdays but some movies they play are so old they are out in Video Stores

Every night is cheap movie night. Just pre-buy the tickets and the most it will cost you is $7.50 at either Cineplex or Empire. If you know someone that works at Encana, they are only like $5. Do people actually pay full ticket prices at the theatre?

Are you an AMA member? if so, you can buy movie passes from them for like 8 bucks. thats what i do.

AMA also sells passes that include drink/popcorn if I'm not mistaken for around $20 (2 tickets, 2drinks 1 popcorn)...someone correct my if I'm wrong on the details bought some a while ago not 100% sure of the details...

If you're a student once school starts hopefully Empire (Country Hills) has their student discount again for $10 you get admisson/drink/popcorn
