so I'm tryng to get a short throw shifter for my 2007 shelby and I just can't seem to find out what comes stock on it. It definitly feels different than the 2007 mustang gt I drove, so I'm guessing it's got some sort of short throw shifter already on it? Any help would be appreciated,

The 500's have factory short throw. IMO, leave it. I would be collecting all the go fast goodies first :D

Yeah, it already has a short throw on it... I don't think you'll be able to find one even shorter unless you get it custom made.

Thats cool. He was not asking how many gears his car has. He was asking if the throw from each gear is already shortened from the factory, which it is. Now you are a little bit more familiar :D
