This is the last question to my assigment for my operations managament class and I'm totally stuck on it. I would really appreciate it if someone can help me out.

10). Select a local Calgary company that you are somewhat familier with and identify the following: a.The company's mission, b. The company's strategy, ie( differention, cost leadership, or response to customers needs) c. The company's competive advantage, and d. The company's critical success factors.

Please any help is appreciated!!!

Why not choose your fav car shop. It would make it a whole lot easier to write about.

a. ask them about their mission statement, they should have one
b. just answer the ies: what they do different, how they lead in terms of cost (what do they offer at a price and quality better than others), how do they customize their work to suit the individual customer request
c. how are they different and why is this better that the rest
d. what they have done and how have they do it (and how did this lead to expansion of the customer base) eg. quality work for better word of mouth referrals

haha 2.2vtec, i haven't even started that yet.. I'll start that tomorrow.. btw, I still don't know who you are or what you look like. Were you in the Law of International Trade class today?
