many factors, depends if u buy it new, used, piece a kit together or buy a pre assembled kit...
and how long will it take? well that depends how fast parts arrive and how mechanically inclined you are...

He's not joking. I budgeted' $2500 and it shot up to $5000 when everything was said and done.

The dyno and tuning time alone cost $200/hr (dyno and tuner)
