How much would a rear quarter panel be for a 1996 1.6 EL acura cost?

More then a buck .. less then a million ... :nut:

If u want a new one, go ask from Acura dealer (or honda)

Or just go Ebay to try your luck .. :D

You can get patch panels if it's just for rust around the wheel well. The whole quarter panel is gonna be $$$ for sure. A patch panel is around $300 I believe. Also, when you're looking, just look for Civic ones, you won't have any luck search for an EL in the states. It might be cheaper too, since it's Honda not Acura.
