heh, I've been speaking with Cam, who owns the car, regarding prices and materials, said and done that car has about 15000 invested...with about 80% being the mods. a built 1.8T swap runs about 8-10k.

That car was in calgary last year, Ran low 13's in the 1/4 on street tires and pump gas.

its too bad there is no dyno in regina. nobody knows what power the car has. Its estimated at 300, which is quite possible, but its always good to hit the dyno, and maybe tune a little.

Now that you mention it, i rembember the car at the strip last year i think.

Some lebanese looking guy was driving it. I think it was doing 14.6's at 96 or so. Super clean car and the owner looks just like this guy in Edmonton, Adnan, who also has a navy turbo Rabbit.:dunno:

Cam is not Lebanese, he is about as white as you can get. Unless someone else was driving it but I doubt it. :)

Cam has done some pretty crazy stuff. He has been featured in SCC twice now. For his B6T 'Fastiva' and now the Rabbit. The Rabbit was in SCN back in the spring as well. He also has some other stuff that people would think is impossible going on that may seem silly but it always seems to work out for him. Go to his site and check out the Bus. Now that is cool. :)

Well who's the skinny guy with a goatee and shaved head? I thought I saw him drive that car, and recently a nice white turbo A2 at race city.

Thats Lawrence from Concept 1 in the white MK2....but he wasn't driving that Black rabbit, the White GTI is a Turbo G60 pushing 280-290whp... The labanese guy is running a 2.0L 8V t I believe and was running 14's last year...but should be even more impressive next year ;)

Cam ran low 13's last year.
