For anyone who's owned a Volvo S40

So my brother in-law just purchased a 2001 Volvo S40, 170,000 Kms on it... and for anyone that has had an S40 are there any problems we need to worry about at such high mileage?

I mean the car is in great shape in and out, and mechanically it checked out ok... But if anyone who knows Volvo's has any tips or bad experiences can you please post it up?

No unfortunately he didn't... But he had a friend take a look at it
