Buy a Long Box Nissan Titan, get a free Versa!

I just read this FishCreek Nissan Ad in this morning's herald:

"For a limited time, customers who purchase a 2008 Titan long-box truck will receive a 2008 Versa for free".

I guess Titan's Long boxes are not selling to well. However, it would be nice to own a truck and have a car that's good on gas to get around when you need it!

Yea, they were selling PT Cruisers in the states for $0.99 if you pick up any truck. Makes more sense then giving cash discounts.

Nissan Canada is probably offering some sort of huge incentive, some clever marketing though! I would rather take the cash discount.

If I was to guess, the Long Box is not doing well because few people who needs a work truck w/ a long box even consider a Titan with a long box.

Offering a fuel efficient car offsets the 'omg driving a truck uses soo much gas' concerns as well.
