My friend from out east bought this while he was here but had to go back home before he got a chance to use it.
It's for Alberta Skydivers (the one who operates out of the bieseker airport). If you book a tandem skydive with them it's $280. This is going for $250 so it will save you 30 bucks. Says right on the certificate that it's transferable. You can also call and extend the expiry date, we've already done that once and the lady who we talked to said you can do it almost as many times as you want. Current expiry is end of September.
