looking for pickle recipes

well it's harvest time, and this year I want to try my hand at making tons of pickles... not just cukes, but maybe cauliflower, carrots, peppers, etc. i've been having a hard time finding good recipes on the net that I know will work. anyone out there have any good recipes?

i have a pressure cooker, but could also use hot brine.
