Since rogers got the Bold, Bell is at a disadvantage with their newest one being the Curve.

Will the Bold be coming out for Bell eventually or what is going to happen here?

I need to get out of my Pearl (too small) and dont know if I should wait if there is a new one in the works or if the Curve is going to be the newest for a while.

Thunder perhaps since no one has proven the verizon exclusive rumors false yet? Bell or Telus are the only candidates for that if it were to be in Canada.

Bold will eventually make it's way to CDMA (hence the 8830 world edition), it'll just be a while...

bell and telus are slowly switching over to gsm, so we could see bold for bell

How long do both of you think until we see a new one.

I know it is all speculation but I don't want to buy one next week and have a new one come out in a month.

i would assume at least a 3-4 months away

Thunder is fairly we domcumented but I won't get excited until the start of 2009 at the earliest

The next CDMA blackberry will be the thunder/storm, it is currently slated for an October release. There was talk of a Telus exclusive in Canada (like the Verizon exclusive in the states) though.

We probably won't see a The CDMA version of the 9000 series (Bold; other names have been floating around) till maybe 2nd quarter next year?

Not a whole lot of talk about rumours of upcoming BBs for Bell.

I've talked to a lot of managers and the bold should be the next one coming. But, being bell, who knows?!?!?

that is nice, i work in the wireless telecomunications field as well. That is all rumors and speculation.
