Well, at first the "original" prizes (numbered #1 - #16) you do NOT have to attend.

It was the after thought of the SIX $50 gas cards (newly added just for excitement) that I thought was only fair for qualify ppl who shows up to get dibs on.

And I overheard something with the draw backs (re-entering for second prize)... It's already stated in disclaimer, ONE PRIZE per user. I just thought it's fair for everyone to have a chance to win something... not just one lucky sob winning 2-3 prizes.
