YES, there was a different FS: thread for this car. It was too much work to edit it. So Mods,.. sorry for the new thread.
*EDIT*: I've been away for a lot of the summer,.. and have made the decision that the car has to go. It has mostly just sat in my garage. I don't have time for tire-kickers or people that just want to take a ride in the car with their dad ;) . The car has been safetied and is priced to sell.

$11,400 FIRM.
A lot of time, effort, and $ has been put into this car. The car is essentially an e36 M3 sedan, only significantly more powerful, better handling, and less $ to insure. Here’s a short list of what is into the car.
Powertrain:
- 3.0L S50 M3 Motor
- 1999 M3 ZF Transmission
- Conforti Euro cold air intake w/ Euro 3.5" MAF
- Conforti Cam Kit (24lb/hr Bosch injectors, Schrick cams, custom chip for non-ews car)

-BMW “double spoke II” wheels (M3 sedan)
-Kumho ASX rubber (225/45/17 and 245/40/17) as new
-e46 330i front brake upgrade w/ brass slider pins, brembo slotted rears
-hawk hp+ pads, stainless lines, new motul fluid
Exterior:
-diamondschwartz metallic paint (metallic black)
-full M3 sedan conversion (oem bumpers, sideskirts, mouldings)
-late e36 blackout kidney grills
-VIS carbon fiber hood and trunk w/ new BMW roundels
-ZKW European headlights w/ xtec 6000k HID and 3m protection
-smoked clear front signals
-oem euro rear tail lights
-NO SUNROOF
Interior:
-M3 guage cluster w/ chrome cluster rings
-Vader seats
-Degreaves reupholstered rear seat and door cards in black leather
-custom leather arm-rest, shift boot, and ebrake boot w/ tri-color stitching
-M3 shift knob, floormats, and doorsills
-Momo steering wheel
-Alpine audio throughout (cda-9883, type s drivers, etc.)
Maintenance:
-all new front end (m3 lower contol arm bushings, complete control arms, ball joints, and tie-rod assemblies)
-metal water pump impeller
- new rad/lower temp thermostat/hoses
- heater core
-coolant flush
- guibo joint
- OEM M3 motor mounts
- new NGK platinum spark plugs
- fuel filter/O2 sensor
- clutch throw-out bearing
- brake switch and new tailight bulbs
- re-inforced subframe
- new valve cover gasket/bolts
- vanos solenoid
- camshaft position sensor
- new coilpack boots
- new driverside window switch
- comfort relay
- new intake bellows, air hose connectors, and o-rings
- new pass. window regulator, and seal
- only lubro-moly 5w40 synthetic oil used... just had a new filter and oil
The car will need a re-spray in order to be “show quality”. The car has some door-dings and imperfections body-wise (i have had many thumbs-up from people whether the car is parked, or cruising down the road though).
