Need Beyond Help - PEEK Electrical Connections

I'm always surprised at the different types of people on here who have access to so much useful information.

I'm trying to get some simple custom electrical connections manufactured out of PEEK for high temp/high pressure/High Shock usage. (Downhole Drilling Application)


Does anyone know of a company that can manufacture these types of parts locally here in Calgary?

I suppose it doesn't necessarily have to be PEEK. Any other type of thermoplastic would do but I don't know enough to begin my search.

you could try canadian custom cable... CCC or whatever they are called now

they usually charge too much but they could probably do what you need.

I just gave them a call. Sales guy I talked to didn't even know what PEEK is so I'm not sure how far it will go. But anything at this point will help.
