Is there a card that one can plug into the MacBook to get internet connection from anywhere, like one would with the Aircard?

EDIT: Zorro deleted his post before i could finish.

I think he means like those aircards you get for out of Wi-Fi signal ranges, which you have to buy and have a number associated with ie from Telus.:(

Yes there is, just buy a USB one and install the software for it (or you can set it up in "Internet Connections" to access it) I know for sure the Sierra 595U works from Telus and afew of the others from Sierra do as well, but Telus (and I'm sure all the rest) don't support macs, but its pretty easy to get going, the software for the sierra cards are not on the cd you get with it but you can get the software from there site.
