maintinence records? recent inspection papers? any accidents? anything it needs?

no accidents
recent oil change receipts available,
havent done any inspections yet.
New BREMBO CROSS DRILLED ROTORS AND PADS WILL be install.
(i have all parts but no time to install them yet)
the motor for the power top needs to be replace, cost $500 from BMW.
Other than that, the car is in MINT shape.
