Now that Ive got some larger injectors, a more efficient intercooler and a 2.5 bar map sensor, I was able to throw a little more boost at the little Honda tonight. I stopped at 15psi because as I was only using pump gas, and it started to rain. So I turned around, got home and started playing with my data logging captures!

Re-tune due to some recent upgrades include a Treadstone 36" intercooler with supposedly Spearco core (?), and a Holset turbocharger off a 2004 5.9L Dodge Cummins.

And all my friends thought I was crazy putting this turbo on my 1.8L. It works great, I love it now that my car is running good and all the exhaust leaks are fixed!

Anyways, here are some graphs I made once I got home. I hit full 15psi at about 4800rpm, I aimed for mid 11's AFR, and I attempted a power and torque plot via some calculations from my last pull tonight. I honestly think the numbers are high. I figure I'm making about 350whp, but to my knowledge all the math is right, however the logging is not completely reliable. The final HP calculation was done by averaging the spread sheet calculations at a specific target RPM. For example, HP at 6000rpm was the average of all the HP's between 5500 and 6500 etc. Anyways, here are some pics of my screen shots. If anyone has some good ideas regarding accuracy of the HP/TQ plot, post them up! I believe the averaged graph is a little more accurate, yet still high. What I did there is average all the rpm and hp in the same cells. I think its more of a "right" way do calculate it. I hope to get on a dyno soon so I can compare information.

Information/Calculations were gathered from here:

A turbo that normally supplies air into a 5.9L diesel now on a 1.8L honda motor. I like it  . Hope it doesn't create enough low pressure in the engine bay to suck in little kids crossing the road. I like the window mesh filter too

That looks sick
