I was supposed to get my package on friday but for some reason ups keeps delaying it. They finally made an attempt to deliver it today but noone was home. Is there any way I can just call in and then pick up the package. It has a COD so I have to pay to receive it.

yea, just call the UPS depot and tell them to hold it for you

i know if you call Fedex most of the time you can pick it up at their depot in calgary the same day if you missed the delivery to your house.

Just call UPS and ask where the package is, and if they can hold it there and you'll go and pick it up.

Call UPS and let them know that it's a residential address. They will try and deliver after 6pm. In the future, whenever someone is shipping UPS to you, ask them to specify residential address so they automatically do this.

I believe after 2 failed deliveries, it automatically goes to the depot for pickup. If you go pick it up after 6pm, be prepared to wait an hour in line in their cramped little office. :)

I'm awaiting for a UPS package myself.... They marked it as warranty replacement, which is basically what it actually is. Hope I don't get raped.

Well it's my suspension and I want it in my hands asap!

I gave them a call and redirected it somewhere else so they can get it instead of me. COD was only $35. Not bad for 40lbs in coilovers
