As far as I know, no there isn't much you can do other than to try to re-aim them slightly higher so the main area of lighting is raised a bit.

Changing bulbs wont affect brightness as all OEM hid systems use the brightest bulbs.

Stock is 4100K and they produce the highest number of lumens (usable light).

6000K is actually not as bright as stock.

Depends. Do you want it to be brighter, or do you want it to look cool nicer? 6000K HID will look much nicer (IMO, but it is subjective) with a slight loss of light output.

To be honest, in city driving, the amount of light you lose by moving up to a 6000K HID bulb is negligible. You might notice the lower light output on backroads with absolutely no street lights.

you can get 6000K hid bulbs all over the net. Just do a search. You could probably get used ones on E-bay. I have had pretty good luck with that. They run about $100USD a bulb (I could be wrong as I haven't looked for any in year).

Make sure your get genuine Phillips or Osram bulbs. Make sure you get the right kind too. D2R is for reflector housings, like the old Maxima and the CL/TL type headlights. I think the new max has a projector, but I could be wrong. Projectors need D2S bulbs.

As far as your fogs, you can get auxilliary HID, but those are quite expensive.

I didn't know the fogs were integrated into the headlight on the new maxxes. You could swap the bulbs for HID bulbs, but then you would also need the ballasts and most importantly a wiring harness.

One other thing. "xxxxK" is the color temperature and not the brightness or intensity of the light. Many people get this wrong. When you see blue or purple coming off an X5 or an Audi, it is because they have projectors that diffract the light that way. The shield inside the project is bent back toward the bulb causing the colors. The stock bulb in those cars is the 4100-4300K bulb.
