Hi guys,

We have a job opening for a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician. You can PM me if you're interested.

Responsibilities:

Must be willing to work 12.5 hour shifts (average of 40 hours per week). Variable rotation over a 12 week period.

Required Skills:

Network Protocols TCP/IP
TELNET
Cisco CCNA (or attain in the near future)
Systems Administration Network Monitoring
Network Performance
Proven customer service skills
Strong communication skills

Desired Skills:

Education Level College Diploma
