Have this error at work.. not a lot of help being descirbed maybe someone else knows?

Google came up with nothing, looking here before I call them and get charged $500 to listen to them about how we could save if we signed up for support

my dad had this just a couple weeks ago.

He reinstalled and it fixed it. Pretty sure that was the same message and solution. Let me know if that works and I'll give you my paypal address lol
