You can't use a non-telus phone on the Telus network unless you have a sweet inside hookup with Telus that they will add the ESN to their database so the phone will work on their network.

Motorola is supposed to be releasing the t720 very soon here for the telus network. Got to have a look at the prototype a few weeks ago.

really??? :eek: i had heard a few months ago that Telus wasn't happy with the T720 performace so they weren't carrying it. but that's good to hear. even though I heard the CDMA T720 has terrible battery life.

Stratus_Power - if you decide to go GSM check this out. i just got it yesterday and i am very impressed. better sound and reception than my v60i. the v60 was great and this beats it. i didn't think it was possible. its a samsung s200.

Telus won't be carrying the T720....they're gonna be getting a version above the T720.

Supposed to be getting brand new LG and Audiovox phones REALLY soon which is good even I have to say (work at a Telus Mobility dealership) that Telus' lineup of phones blows ass now.

About $500. It comes in white, red, or silver. Word has it that the white and red where made in limited numbers but I don't know how much truth is behind that. I hope alot because it will keep the resale value up.

Yeah I've heard good things about the S300. I just don't like the looks thats why I went with the S200. I like the square look and the size. First time trying a Samsung phone and I am damn impressed!!!

first time using a samsung too! im soo impressed! everything from the size to the Display ( oh god the display!! amaizng). and to the ring tone, down to the detail like key tone = piano .

my only complain is that it doesnt have enuf option. the sound it makes when i open and close the shell is annoying. the power on/off noise is LOUD!! no voice command and no belt clip!

im over all i am absolutely amazed!.. maybe cuz i upgraded from a LG haha
