Did we change the buttons along the top right? They seem to of switched places with the banners... I kept going to STRD's website instead of User CP..

But seriously, did we?

Just noticed that too....maybe someone was editing and forgot to put the code back

I see that a bunch of buttons are missing on mine.

It looks deliberate... members and rides were on the top before along with gallery and home, weren't they?

I was wondering about this too; I think we still need buttons for "home" and for "forums" though.

For sure, those are really the only 2 buttons that I use, especially home so I can view the newest posts.

i think kenny broke it... i dont think they'd intentionally scrap the whole top row.

There are far less tabs compared to before and they all appear in the middle instead of top right for me. And 'forums' is missing, which I used a lot. Like how else are you supposed to go to say 'buy-sell' for example? I don't know how to, unless there is a post from that forum in new posts.

Didn't even notice that there. But still the other option was much handier though.

do people actually use the members, faq, or calendar button much?

Updating that bar was long overdue as some of the features were obsolete and were not updated in many years. The new setup definately makes them more usable and I bet people will actually SEARCH more as the button is more visable.

I also made use of the FORUMS button :dunno:.

I use the members link when I'm looking for specific users

What did it do? Can't you just click Beyond.ca - Car Forums > Car Forums > Performance Related Discussion from wherever you're browsing?

slowly rolling in a new design. The forums button will return in a different form. All the out of date buttons were removed as we clean up the design a bit.

To get to the forums home, you can click on the first "breadcrumb" which is the first link in the following example (its at the top of this page)

Beyond.ca - Car Forums > Other Stuff > Suggestion/Comment Box/Website Issues/Forum Related Stuff > Buttons along top right?

The big logo brings me to the blog page :dunno:
And I've always used the "breadcrumb" to go to the forum home.

I've also noticed that the "Moderated by:" links don't seem to work, instead of going to the moderator's profile they just load the same page you're on. I'm using FF3.

Edit: Tested in IE7, same deal.

Why can't people just quote instead of pointing with SHIFT+6? You're pointing at the wrong post.

The author's post in relation to your use of pronouns. The subject in your (poor) sentence is directly related to the author, not his avatar, therefore a post quote would be acceptable.
