cellphone question

i have a cell phone which I used with rogers , its got no SIM card in it (its taken out) and no phone number ,
how do I use pay as you go on this phone ?
i also got a spare sim card with my new phone

Whatever company the new SIM card is with, call them and tell them you want to activate it on pay as you go. They'll ask the IMEI number of the phone and the number on the SIM card and you just add money on it and you're good to go.

Yeah, you can just buy a Rogers SIM, activate it online/over the phone, pop into your existing Rogers phone, and start using.
