I am 17 years old and want an ID with the same age...I want to stay 17 but I need my name changed. I have been going on in life with a different name and I dont have parents. They left me last year. I am willing to pay, I just need this name to be on my ID. I am not trying to get into clubs or get alcohol...like I said, I need it to say 17 and same bday, same everything except name. Needed ASAP.
