At about 4:30 this afternoon a modded 240 driven by a 16 year old high school student was t-boned by a mercedes (didnt get a very good look) as we was turning onto Northbound center from westbound beddington blvd. as the mercedes driver was going straight (eastbound) through the intersection. They struck the traffic light pole. EMS was on the scene when I arrived. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pictures, it doesnt zoom, hopefully someone will post some better pictures.

who was driving the mercedes?? looks kinda done up as well
hopefully racing wasnt the case..
hopefully everybody walked away fine because cars can be replaced

How do you know the kid was 16? Who was at fault?

Yea, rims are ugly. I know the kid driving the 240 is alright, there was an absence of an ambulance, so I'm guessing the mercedes driver was alright, too. I guess there were some pedestrians at the corner waiting to cross who had to jump outta the way, they made it though. :thumbsup:

Dude i feel so bad for that guy in the 240,
i drove by that coming home from school.
do you know if the guy driving the 240 went to Dief or Fowler?
cuz i go to dief,
and i see him drive by every day,.
but never seen at dief.

that was a sick ass 240man,

I was there just after it had happened.
240sx driver was a very young white male teen
and the Mercedes driver from what I could tell was a mid to late 20's Lebanese male.

Both drivers were out and walking around talking on their cell phones right away. So they seem fine although the cars are definately trashed haha.

Someone obviously ran a red light

That might be a kid that goes to Notre Dame, seen the kid a couple times in the parking lot, not sure if he even attends the school though.
