Condition: 8, one corner has a scratch. the back is scuffed like every other ipod (let's face it, the shinny silver back was not the greatest idea.)
Firmware: 2.1, you could always downgrade it to any version of your choice.

Reason for selling: I have the iPhone so kinda a useless to have this as well.
