Real Madrid vs BATE should be a walk in the park since BATE is new to the champions league. RVN should score a goal, he's the all time goal scorer in the champions league. If raul plays I'm pretty certain he will score too.

Dude holy shit you did good and only half your team played. And yes you can change up your formation. you can only sub players that haven't played yet.

Haha, thanks! Yeah I saw when I logged in after class that I was in the lead with 45 pts, and only 5/11 players played today. :D

So when you sub players, do it just change your formation automatically?

I know. They did that last year too, but it was only during the actual Matchday where you lose points. Maybe it tell us late folks that we have to pick our teams earlier.

I pretty much changed my whole team. I kept Babel, Arshavin and Lucho.

Yeah, first transfer per match "period" is "free", then it's 2 points each.

Didn't you see like the double warning "This will cost you x amount of your points" though, before the transfers were made final??

i'm getting raped with all these changes im doing. I think i finally figured out how to play this game. Pick who you think will have top points at the start of the season, and make 1 - 2 changes per match day.

4-4-2 is probably the way to make points. Defenders get an automatic 6 points for a clean sheet.

Yeah it pretty much "penalizes" you for making transfers week by week, therefore it rewards "better" players who pick a strong team from the start, with minimal changes. That's why it gives you one "free" transfer per matchday period.

And yeah I've been sticking to 4-4-2 formation so far.
