Cheap place to get tires swapped?

I have 4 tires on my talon rims right now that are bald on parts and want to put 4 new tires on the same rims I have already purchased. What is a good place for this and how much does it cost?

Walmart. $5 a tire + balancing

Walmart and Canadian Tire are probably the cheapest, but the catch is they dont do appointments so you have to leave your car with them. First come first serve.
