A buddy of mine has a chance to pick up a RHD Rx-7 from Wash. State, and we need to know if there is any way you can skirt around the whole duty thing, like if the american guy drove it across the border, we fake plated it, then all we'd have to do is an out of province? could we put "0" on the bill of sale?

Yeah, I know we're gonna get hassled probably, and we're running a big risk with an uninsured car, it's not like you're moving it from one side of Calgary to the other.

There are probably a couple ways to do it, but you take a big risk in trying. Unless your getting the car for free or close to it what's the point. Find an RX-7 here, you'll save yourself alot of risk, money, and pains in the ass.
