GTR seat question

hey guys i just got a quick question, my buddy is trying to install a sub into his gtr and we need to get the back seats out, how do they come out?

there should be 2 tabs you pull on the bottom cushion, then 2 bolts on both sides on the bottom of the back

They come out fairly easily, if you're really having to struggle you're probably going about it wrong.
