havent seen any places that would sell it by the 100s but if you go Princess Auto they usually have a pack of 10s for like .99, with a variety in em.

Go to napa autobody supplies up off barlow and 23rd?

Or any autobody supply store.

Im assuming you are prepping a vehicle for paint? Get a DA if you dont already have one and a box of 6" round paper in various grits and have at 'er. Takes no time at all. Just finish with atleast 400 depending on the products you use.

You're best off getting a roll of 100 DA sanding discs. Should purchase the 6" velcro pads for your DA as well. Hand sanding is gonna fuck up your elbow

oh yeah and never buy sand paper from princess auto or any shit store like that.

The paper will clog up with paint , filler etc before it's even warm!

NAPA / CMAX  What do you need 100s for? I guess you're going to be working on a lot of cars.

Find where there's a NAPA/CMAX (http://napa.mapanswer.com/index.jsp?lang=en)
