Canadian Novel

Hey guys...and girls....I need to write a paper for a Canadian Studies class I have this semester and need to write it on a Canadian Novel. Can anyone recommend any good novels I could write on and maybe a quick bit about what the books about (sports, gambling etc)...something that would be interesting to read.

I would suggest you go with either "Don't Care High" or "A Semester in the Life of a Garbage Bag".

They're classics.
