Does anyone know where i can get cutom intercooler piping made in BC or Washington, i cant seem to find anything cost effective online other than the core itself

any help would be wicked

Have you tried an alloy shop (welding) in your area?
They work on aluminum and stainless steel.
It will cost more, but you will get exactly what you want,
but you will have to have exact measurements, the couplers
and clamps you can go ebay or anyplace that does hydraulics, semi service centres.

There are a lot of places in Vancouver that can help you out. Garage5 in Richmond is a good start.
