i've got fairly new, rarely used ipod touch. used for around two hours to watch a movie and went back to my old ipod. it has never been jailbroken.
it can be upgraded to the current 2.1 software or can be jailbroken and can have various apps installed.
comes with box, manuals, once used headphones, dock, little plastic stand and usb cable. will also throw in a wall charger.
looking for $180 and can deliver anywhere along the train line
