Well, my little sister found a car she liked, and asked me what I thought about it. It was a '93 Beretta GT. I warned her that it was probably junk, but to get it mechanically checked over, and if it passed that I would do the drive to Red Deer to go take a look. Well, she bought it anyways without getting it inspected or anything.
I can't be too harsh on her tho, she is 22 now and this is her first car. She is really proud of herself that she got it on her own and got caught up in the excitement of her first car.
Anyways, this thing will not pass any kind of inspection, and I got a call again. "can you come fix my car?" :banghead:
So, I am going to head up to Red Deer and see what the hell is up with this car, but apparently she has a list of things needed to be done.
I am looking for a discount on some parts, _IF_ it is worth it. I will put about 1k into it depending, but if it is too much, I may just slag it and go car hunting for her.
Alternatively, if anyone has one of these they want to junk, let me know.
