... are cool:

Can anyone shed some light on how this is done?

Long exposures with moving light sources?

Or is there some post-production digital manipulation?

Bit of both?

You got it. Just long exposures with some weird unique looking like source.

I believe it's two pictures overlayed into one. one with the stills and the other with the light sources. The dance floor one is one of my favorites too.

Looks like a normal long exposure with moving light sources, on some they're hanging on strings or attached to a staff. Some appear to be fireworks on a string. The only one I'm not sure about is the one in the field with the globes around the poles, that kinda looks PS'd.

So now, I'd like to see some of Beyond's most talented replicate the effect!

I've always though those pics done with long exposures on moving cars in the dark, resulting in the tail lights streaking across the image are pretty cool.

wow these guys are talented. look up light graffiti if you really wanna know. its super easy to do but difficult to make it look like those ones on the website.

i just looked at all of them and holy crap, those guys must of gone beyond light graffiti and did some other stuff to it!!
